2. This website
This site uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure audience and ad results: pages visited, traffic source, device type, browser and the click on pay, through cookies. Google and Meta process this data as our processors, under their own privacy policies, and receive no name or e-mail of yours from this site. These cookies are loaded when you open the site, based on our legitimate interest in measuring audience and ad results (art. 7, IX of the Brazilian LGPD). A notice tells you this on the first visit and offers the opt-out. If you opt out, we delete the measurement cookies right away and nothing else is loaded, now or on later visits, and the site works the same. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookies link in the footer. In addition, the hosting server logs, like any web server, IP address, date, time and page accessed, for up to 90 days, for security and diagnostics.
The form on the payment page sends nothing to our servers: it only composes an e-mail or a WhatsApp message on your own device, with what you typed, for you to send.

4. Data the software processes
The Centurion Builder and the Executor run on your machine. Your strategies, the imported trade history and the Executor's telemetry stay in local files and are not sent to us.
The only communication with our servers is license validation, which sends the license key and a machine identifier to check that the license is active and used on a single machine. We do not send strategies, balance, trades or broker credentials.
5. Who we share with
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, e-mail, Google Analytics, Meta), as needed to provide the service and measure the site and the ads.
- Accountants, for the tax obligations of the sale.
- Authorities, when there is a legal obligation or court order.
We do not sell or hand over data for advertising.
6. For how long
Registration and license data: while the license is active and for up to 5 years afterwards, the period of tax obligations and possible legal defense. Support conversations: up to 2 years after the last contact. Web server logs: up to 90 days. Google Analytics data: 14 months. Meta Pixel data: 90 days, Meta's default retention.
7. Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may request at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization or deletion of what is unnecessary, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
8. Security
Customer data is kept in systems with restricted, authenticated access. Strategy delivery to MetaTrader 5 is encrypted, and license validation travels over a secure connection (HTTPS). No system is infallible; if an incident puts you at risk, we will notify you by e-mail and the ANPD within the legal deadlines.
9. Minors
Centurion is intended for people aged 18 or over, a requirement for trading on Brazilian exchanges. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
The current version is always the one published on this page, dated at the top. Material changes will be announced by e-mail to customers with an active license.
