1. Who we are
Centurion is software developed and licensed by MEH Soluções Ltda, Brazilian tax ID (CNPJ) 27.653.430/0001-69, trading as TraderBot Inteligência Financeira, with offices at Travessa Percy Withers, 121, Água Verde, Curitiba, PR, Brazil, ZIP 80240-190. Support is online only, by e-mail at [email protected] and on WhatsApp +55 41 99902-8929.
By buying a license or using Centurion you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. What you are buying
A license to usethe Centurion Builder (Windows app) and the Centurion Executor (Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5), personal and non-transferable, for the term of the chosen plan. You are not buying the software or its source code; you are buying the right to use it.
- The license is valid for one machine at a time. Switching machines is allowed on request to support.
- Each license covers one live MetaTrader 5 account and one demo account. Additional accounts require extra MT5 licenses, sold separately.
- Accounts at other brokers, in the same name as the license holder, may be added on request to support, which may approve or deny it. If denied, the additional account requires another license. A license used on a third party's account is cancelled without refund.
- There is no limit on strategies. Every block in the catalog and every update released during the term are included in every plan.
3. Term and renewal
The license starts on the date it is issued and lasts 30 days (monthly plan), 6 months (6-month plan) or 12 months (yearly plan). There is no automatic renewal: at the end of the term, you decide whether to renew. Without renewal, the Executor stops trading, but your strategies remain saved on your machine.
4. Payment and withdrawal
Customers in Brazil pay by PIX; customers abroad pay through the card or PayPal link we send. The license is e-mailed within one business day of confirmation. Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving the license, with a full refund of the amount paid. Just ask through the contact e-mail.
5. What Centurion does and what it does not promise
Centurion executes, on MetaTrader 5, the rules you assembled in the Builder. It does not recommend strategies, does not pick instruments and does not guarantee results. Trading exchanges and Forex involves risk of loss, including of all invested capital. Strategy, risk and capital decisions are yours.
Backtest and demo results are no guarantee of future results. Live trading brings factors a test does not reproduce: slippage, partial fills, rejected orders, latency and broker downtime.
6. Your responsibilities
- Keep MetaTrader 5 open and connected during the hours you want to trade, on your machine or on a VPS.
- Review each strategy before enabling it, especially stop, financial limit and trading hours.
- Do not share, resell, sublicense, decompile or attempt to bypass the license validation.
- Use the software in compliance with your broker's rules and applicable law.
7. Support
Technical support covers installation, use of the Builder and operation of the Executor, by e-mail and WhatsApp, on business days. It does not cover strategy consulting, market analysis or trading your account on your behalf.
StrategyQuant (.sqx) import: the imported strategy must be reviewed by you before it is enabled. If the imported strategy diverges from the original, tell support: the fix is made at no extra cost, within the license term. Strategies from other sources are not imported; you can rebuild them with the existing catalog blocks.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MEH Soluções Ltda is not liable for financial losses arising from trades executed by Centurion, for failures of the broker, MetaTrader 5, your connection or your machine, or for lost profits. In any case, the total liability of MEH Soluções Ltda is limited to the amount corresponding to one month of the current license, that is, the amount paid for the plan divided by its number of months, for the month in which the alleged failure occurred. The remaining months of a 6-month or yearly license are not part of this limit and are not refundable.
9. Intellectual property
The software, the Centurion brand, the block catalog, the strategy package format, and the texts and images on this site belong to MEH Soluções Ltda. The logic of the strategies you assemble is yours, but it lives inside the platform: Centurion does not export strategies in a readable form outside of it, and the license does not allow extracting, reproducing, redistributing or reselling strategies assembled in the Builder, nor using them outside Centurion.
10. Changes and jurisdiction
We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published on this page, dated at the top. Material changes will be announced by e-mail. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the courts of Curitiba, PR, Brazil have jurisdiction, except where consumer law grants jurisdiction to the consumer's domicile.
